Workshops designed to bring out the best in our students

Fidelity hosts a series of workshops that cover topics relevant to students. Some of them include communications, networking, emotional intelligence, presentation skills, and more.

For returning students, we offer a mentoring program that connects employees to mentors for professional guidance, advice and feedback. As part of our collaborative approach to mentoring, we encourage mutually beneficial partnerships that promote employee engagement.

Through Fidelity’s informal job shadowing program, students are encouraged to take time away from their roles to explore other departments within the organization. During their job shadowing session, students learn about what the team does and the skills it takes to be successful, and where they might want to return for a second term.
