What You'll Do:
Input and retrieve load data in appropriate systems
Review load information and identify ability to complete by reviewing fleet and carrier availability
Provide specific directions for loading and delivery facilities
Communicate with appropriate parties, ensuring accurate information is shared according to established protocols and systems
Track and trace cross border shipments, and ensure compliance with the designated destinations
Maintain high involvement ensuring prompt receipt and delivery to and from customers
Ensure issues are resolved timely, changes are updated and communicated, and provide ongoing insights and analysis
Calculate round trip mileage, track fuel use, repairs and other expenses
Ability to quickly react and problem solve in a fast paced and dynamic environment
What You'll Need:
Must have transport background
Prior experience in cross border transportation beneficial
Detail oriented, with the ability to ensure accuracy
Experience in Microsoft office Suite, and strong excel.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Position is required in office Tuesday to Saturday 10AM to 6PM
