How do I apply?

If you attend a university that Sun Life does not visit, we encourage you to apply online through the month of September
Tessa Bedard“My role at Sun Life is not always a '9 – 5, at your desk all day' kind of job. A lot of my role involves me on the road, meeting with clients, and doing employee sessions. I am truly the owner of my calendar and I am so thankful for that! The work life balance at Sun Life is impeccable and works very well with my lifestyle.”
Hayley Dawson“The RLDP program alone exemplifies Sun Life’s commitment to young talent. A lot of time and effort is put in by the program managers and senior leaders to make this a great learning experience and empower RLPDs to be future leaders. Also, being an RLDP, I am often one of the most junior people in a room but my ideas are always heard and evaluated equally to those of more tenured employees.”
Mitchell Richardson“When I joined Sun Life, I knew that I wanted to pursue the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and signed up shorty after my start date. Over each of the three exams, Sun Life has supported me financially and even provided me with study days prior the test day to make sure I am set-up for success.”
