Asset Management RLDP

The RLDP program alone exemplifies Sun Life's commitment to young talent. A lot of time and effort is put in by the program managers and senior leaders to make this a great learning experience and empower RLPDs to be future leaders. Also, being an RLDP, I am often one of the most junior people in a room but my ideas are always heard and evaluated equally to those of more tenured employees.
