Please note that this is not an official job posting, but an opportunity to learn more about our Rotational Programs.

When you join our Graduate Leadership Development Program (GLDP), you will discover where you belong and gain the experience necessary to become a future leader at a leading Canadian institution. This is a great opportunity to work under leadership enterprise-wide, in diverse and impactful areas of our bank. GLDP is a 2-year rotational program with four 6-month rotations across various teams across the entire organization and  offers significant flexibility for you to carve your own path that aligns with your personal and professional development as a future leader in CIBC.

Your rotation decisions will be driven by your passion, career interests, and business demand, and will give you the opportunity to explore and network across the bank. As a GLDP Associate, rotation opportunities are endless – you can lead projects focused on providing a positive employee and client experience with our products and services, positively impact business results by identifying opportunities and improving processes, and more! Throughout your rotations, you will be able to expand your network by collaborating with different teams and developing business relationships with clients, business partners and other stakeholders.

GLDP will set you up for success with comprehensive orientations and training, access to an Executive mentor, and many individual and group learning opportunities which ensure your learning and development are a priority. With the help of your peer and alumni mentors, you will be part of a vibrant community of talented professionals who are pursuing their rotations and will be your initial network as you expand your career with CIBC. In addition to your day-to-day rotation work, you will have the opportunity to pursue your interests and passion projects and get involved in meaningful work such as Inclusion and Diversity initiatives, community outreach, internal program committees and more.
