SWAT
The SWAT program enhances CIBC’s co-op program by encouraging students to bring new innovative ideas to CIBC. Through the SWAT program, selected summer students can complement their placement by working on a real CIBC business challenge in a team of other students and with the support from an Executive Sponsor and Project Lead.
