Organizational Effectivness Specialist
Home Hardware has a fantastic opportunity for an Organizational Effectiveness Specialist to join our Human Resources Team. In this exciting role, you will support the design and implementation of organizational development programs related to inclusion and diversity, Team Member engagement and communication, performance management, and succession planning - to ensure alignment with the company's strategy and road-map.

What You'll Do:
Plan, develop, and implement Organizational Effectiveness activities and apply expert knowledge with regards to inclusion and diversity, employee engagement, communication, performance management, and succession planning.
Project manage inclusion and engagement initiatives, ensuring projects are completed accurately, on time, and on budget. Report results, analysis, and recommendations to Leadership.
Support the design and implementation of performance management and succession planning programs. Facilitate processes throughout the year to drive high performance and to build the talent pipeline.
Implement, monitor, and recommend employee engagement activities as they relate to matters of retention, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Contribute to the establishment of metrics to measure progress of Home Hardware’s culture initiatives. Evaluate programs and make recommendations to improve future activities.
Maintain knowledge of relevant market trends and developments around Team Member engagement and diversity and use them to come up with fresh ideas to engage Team Members.
Create content and share communications related to organizational effectiveness activities including emails, bulletin board memos, PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, and proposals.
What We're Looking For:
3-5 years of related experience with a college diploma in Human Resources, Business, or Communications preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience leveraging organizational development best practices.
Collaborative work style with the ability to consult, solicit input, influence, and support decision making.
Strong project management skills and experience in; planning, time management, stakeholder and vendor management.
Organized, able to prioritize effectively with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Creative thinker who can bring new insights and programs to action.
Aptitude for continuous learning, adapting to shifting priorities, and navigating ambiguous situations.
Strong relationship management and influencing skills; getting results with and through others.
Driven to achieve results and execute on priorities.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
CHRP or CHRL designation or a willingness to work towards designation would be considered an asset.
