Senior Manager, Supply Chain - Inventory Planning
Brampton, ON

As the Senior Manager of Supply Chain in the Inventory Planning space, you will manage a team in an agile environment to deliver projects and business capabilities across multiple Technology products and platforms. You will work directly with Product owners and customers to ensure work that the team is doing fall within scope, budget, and timelines to meet customer expectations. This position provides the opportunity to engage and work with various customers and partners across Loblaw Technology and the business. We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit in with our collaborative and diverse culture.

What You'll Do:

Maintain the relationship with the product owners to ensure awareness and knowledge of initiative status

Prepare strategy, documentation, presentations and make recommendations for technical/functional aspects related to product roadmaps

Accountable for the delivery of the team's project initiatives on time and on budget

Handle project financials and cost plans to ensure forecasting and budget accuracy

Lead team to ensure stable systems for business operations while delivering new business capabilities

What You Bring:

Mentorship, coaching and motivation to team members to be highly effective, self-organized, productive and accountable

Influence without authority and provide insights and well thought out messages that resonate with teams

Superb communication skills to clearly communicate ideas and results to both technical and non-technical audiences

Experience and well-rounded Supply Chain knowledge

Experience in using JIRA and Confluence
