As a Combined Insurance Independent Sales Leader, you will work in a remote environment (virtual / telephonic or on the road). You will be responsible for, recruiting, training, and leading a team of sales representatives.
- work well independently as well as in a team environment
- ability to mentor and manage a team of licensed Independent Contractors
- be sales oriented
- have or be willing to obtain required insurance license(s)
- comply with federal and provincial laws and regulations
