Client Success Specialist
About Ownright
We’re on a mission to make real estate law simple and we need your help to do it. While a real estate lawyer is required for the large majority of real estate transactions in Canada, the process has seen very little innovation, leaving a client experience that doesn’t match today's consumer expectations. We provide real estate legal services from end-to-end, leveraging a proprietary digital solution that brings transparency and simplicity, and an experienced legal team.
The opportunity
The Client Success Specialist plays a key role in supporting smooth real estate transactions.
You’ll manage our shared inbox and phone line, assist with client communication, and collaborate closely with lawyers and Client Success Managers to keep files moving efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who’s highly organized, responsive, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What you’ll work on
As a Client Success Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our client experience. You’ll work closely with lawyers and Client Success Managers to ensure smooth real estate closings — handling documentation, coordinating timelines, and communicating with clients throughout.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Managing and triaging the client inbox and phone line with warmth and professionalism
- Supporting transaction flow by collecting, reviewing, and uploading key documents
- Monitoring internal tasks and making sure files stay on track
- Collaborating with lawyers and CSMs to resolve client questions or blockers
What you bring to the table
- You’re detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
- You’re a clear, warm communicator — both written and verbal
- You excel at managing competing priorities
- You take initiative and are good at managing your time to get things done
Experience required
None. What matters most is that you’re eager to learn, excited to grow with us, and exceptional at working with people. We’re looking for someone who’s organized, empathetic, and committed — everything else, we can teach. Previous experience in real estate or law is not required, but would be a great added bonus!
