Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Call Center Representative to join our growing team. As a vital member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and helping them navigate our services and offerings. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and policies to clients.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and concerns, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
  • Document all interactions with customers in our CRM system, maintaining clear and detailed records.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest enhancements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the life sciences or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingualism (French) is an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
