HR Strategies Consulting is a full-service consulting firm focused on providing Human Resource products and services. We are looking to add a Proposal Coordinator to take charge of our proposal pipeline & response process. This is a chance to showcase your skills and help make a significant impact on the expansion of the company.

This 9 month, fully remote contract role will focus on 3 main areas:

  • Develop comprehensive Requests for Proposal (RFP) responses tailored to specific project requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with customer objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather essential project details, technical specifications, and evaluation criteria, fostering a deep understanding of project needs and objectives.
  • Utilize strong communication and writing skills to articulate our response effectively.

Proposal Writing Tasks

  • Find, Review and screen Request for Qualification (RFQ), Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.
  • Manage the proposal process from planning the kick-off meeting, through the proposal development and in-process review stages, to the final deliverable and hopefully, the shortlist presentation.
  • Writing and editing sections of proposals, ensuring accurate content and format consistency.
  • Preparing final bid (electronic or printing/binding) and submitting on time (in person or electronic).
  • Maintaining an up-to-date bid schedule and tracker.
  • Finding and tracking bid subscription services and vendor registrations.
  • Following up on Bid Results.

Desired Skills

  • A post-secondary degree in Business, HR, Marketing, Communications or Journalism or equivalent experience.
  • You’re an experienced and passionate social media user - you know the ins and outs of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Instagram, etc.
  • Strong writing and ability to adjust voice.
  • Technology-savvy.
  • Strong MS Office skills - Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • You have impeccable writing, editing and proofreading skills accompanied by a crazy attention to detail.
  • Are highly creative yet solution oriented; you love to help our clients understand our offerings by creating proposals and presentations that truly rise above the rest.
  • Ability to prioritize workload.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Ability to work extended hours during major proposal submissions. 

Salary

  • $20 to $25 per hour
  • 40 hours per week
