Job Summary

Bridge Homes is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist / Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role combines digital marketing strategy with strong visual design skills to support brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling marketing campaigns, designing high-quality visual content, managing social media presence, and supporting real estate marketing initiatives. Experience in the real estate or property sector is a strong advantage.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation
  • Create visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials
  • Manage and optimize social media platforms including content planning, posting, and engagement
  • Design promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, banners, and listing visuals
  • Support email marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiatives
  • Collaborate with the sales and property teams to promote listings and company services effectively
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reports on engagement, traffic, and lead conversion
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print marketing channels
  • Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing tools, and design best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and graphic design
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.)
  • Experience with social media management tools and digital advertising platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and lead generation strategies
  • Strong understanding of branding, layout design, and visual storytelling
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Real estate or property industry experience is highly preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of website management (WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms)
  • Basic video editing and motion graphics skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
