We’re currently in search of a passionate and innovative colleague to join our Strategy & Creative team. As Creative Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for upholding BaAM’s high quality standards and brand promise by collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to bring ideas to life and ensure that all creative outputs align with a project’s creative intent.

Your laser-sharp attention to detail and ability to think outside of the box while staying on schedule and within budget will keep us at the top of our game.

This position reports to the Creative Director and is a hybrid role, providing flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days a week.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and manage communication for creative projects from concept to completion
  • Develop project timelines in collaboration with design, production and event management, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain project documentation and track progress
  • Provide regular updates to project teams and senior management
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with project timelines
  • Liaise with Creative, Design, and Production teams to understand project requirements
  • Identify any issues or conflicts that arise during the project
  • Ensure effective communication between all project team members
  • Assist in the development of creative strategies and concepts
  • Other duties as assigned

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Creative Industries, Architecture, Design, Production, Live Events or related field
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Experience in live events is considered an asset
  • Proven experience as a Creative Coordinator or similar role
  • You have a strong work ethic and thrive on challenges
  • An excellent working knowledge of office software applications, including: Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom
