Volunteers are the backbone of the Special Olympics movement. Special Olympics provides year round sport opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Special Olympics would not exist today—and could not have been created—without the time, energy, commitment and enthusiasm of our volunteers. It’s about a spirit of giving and teamwork. It's about making your community and neighborhood a more welcoming and accepting place for people of all abilities. 

Certified Ski Instructors/Coaches & Volunteers needed:
Earl Bales Ski Centre
Wednesdays beginning in January 2026
6:30pm-8:30pm

Seeking enthusiastic individuals in the sport of alpine skiing in the following areas:
Coaching (Certifications are a plus!)
Team Manager
General Volunteers

*All prospective volunteers 18 and over, must complete a Vulnerable Sector Check/Screening.
