Board Member - Community Living Sarnia-Lambton

CLSL Board of Directors consists of individuals who bring diverse skills, expertise, and experience to the organization’s governance on behalf of the Sarnia-Lambton community. Volunteers from the community are elected for three-year terms.  

We invite application from all those interested in serving in these important roles, and are specifically seeking the following skills and expertise to complement those of our existing Board Directors:

• Communications/Marketing/Public Affairs
• Health and Social Service Care Delivery, Quality, and Performance
• Finance and Accounting
• Governance / Strategic Planning
• Human Resources and Organizational Development
• Risk & Business Management  

CLSL is also seeking members that reflect the diversity of the communities we serve, with a focus on recruiting Indigenous peoples, members of visible minority groups, the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, persons with disabilities, and individuals that are fluently bilingual in French and English.
