Board Director - Centretown Citizens Ottawa Corporation (CCOC)

Ottawa, Ontario
Centretown Citizens Ottawa Corporation (CCOC)’s mission is to create, maintain and promote housing for low- and moderate-income people in central Ottawa neighborhoods. Currently, we are actively working towards protecting rental housing away from market forces to help address the housing crisis. CCOC would not be able to run without the support of our committed volunteers and Board members. CCOC is celebrating 50 years in 2024, and we’re seeking committed Board members to help guide our decision-making and ensure we’re delivering our mission as we look forward to the future and continued growth.

If you’re interested in what we do, can commit 2-3 years to a term as an active Board member, and would like the chance to grow your impact alongside like minded people, the CCOC Board is what you’re looking for! We encourage candidates from all communities and backgrounds to apply, including but not limited to, Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC), folks with disabilities, youth, seniors, folks on social assistance/subsidies, LGBTQIA+, etc. If you’re interested in learning more about our Board and how to apply to join, please reach out at the contact info below.
