Administrative Assistant Job Description

  • Reporting to the CEOs and Office Manager
  • Job Duties
    • Day to Day communications
    • managing calendars, handling mail, and composing letters and other documents
    • Responding to emails and routing them to executives
    • Proofreading documents for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors.
    • creating, maintaining, and updating the client database.
    • Maintaining meeting minutes, meeting agendas, and other documents
  • Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
    • Related experience preferred.
    • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment
    • Solid written and oral communication skills and excellent phone manners.
    • Ability to develop effective work plans, organize details, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
    • Interest in and commitment to the organization’s mission is helpful.
    • Strong command over computer skills, specially in MS Office and Google Workspace.
