Administrative Assistant Job Description
- Reporting to the CEOs and Office Manager
- Job Duties
- Day to Day communications
- managing calendars, handling mail, and composing letters and other documents
- Responding to emails and routing them to executives
- Proofreading documents for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors.
- creating, maintaining, and updating the client database.
- Maintaining meeting minutes, meeting agendas, and other documents
- Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
- Related experience preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment
- Solid written and oral communication skills and excellent phone manners.
- Ability to develop effective work plans, organize details, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Interest in and commitment to the organization’s mission is helpful.
- Strong command over computer skills, specially in MS Office and Google Workspace.
