*Functional Role*
This position is responsible for assisting the Business Partner in everyday duties. Increasing the company’s revenue, setting appointments, cold calling, and identifying business opportunities while helping to build long-term relationships is key in this position.
*Reporting Structure*
The Construction Sales Execeutive reports directly to the Business Partner. The successful candidate is also required to interact with all company departments to guarantee a smooth sales process and corporate culture.
*You:*
* possess 3+ years of sales experience evaluating, prioritizing, and directing all incoming leads. Construction sales experience is an asset.
* identify and evaluate new markets.
* attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events on a regular basis.
* manage the sales pipeline.
* meet with clients to evaluate their needs.
* must have a “hunter” mentality and competitive drive.
* possess an understanding of sales CRM software considered an asset (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.)
* take responsibility for your success and failure.
* cold call/email (project owners, architects, designers, developers, etc.)
* believe in delivering excellence.
* find solutions to problems that stop others from forging ahead.
* are a forward thinker.
* are resilient in overcoming obstacles and have deep dedication towards your work.
* Must have a positive “customer service” mindset – team player. Work independently or in team setting.
