Requisition Summary
The Rental organization is providing exceptional customer service. The Rental team facilitates fleet growth by training, coaching, and selling the processes and products PacLease provides. The Rental Coordinator position will support the rental organization and team members within the PacLease Company Store Operation.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Manage Rental counter functions including but not limited to, yard checks, completion of rental agreements, rental invoicing, and vehicle check-in & check-out, fleet daily reporting.
- Provide customer service functions to include, but not limited to, sales activity (inside sales), supporting existing customer relationships and reservation coordination.
- Provide administrative support to include word processing, filing, phone coverage and special projects as assigned.
Other duties as assigned:
- Trip envelope recording
- Insurance verification and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
- Ability to work well without close supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
