Permanent Part-Time (3 days/week)
You are a Counsellor seeking permanent employment but you don't want to give up on flexibility? LifeWorks has a part-time position for you!
The opportunity:
Reporting to the Regional Clinical Manager, you will be providing in-person counselling services for LifeWorks' Employee Assistance Program (EAP), in a LifeWorks office in Saskatoon.Why join LifeWorks:

What you will do:
- Provide short-term counselling to a diverse set of clients dealing with various issues, within the terms and conditions of the client’s EAP;
- Manage the administrative requirements as dictated by LifeWorks' clinical models.
Who we are looking for:
- Master’s Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or Indigenous Social Work;
- In good standing with professional College or mental health Association;
- Ability to set short term objectives and use a solution focused approach;
- Ability to clinically manage high-risk cases;
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle a large volume of clients.
