___________Workplace Support Programs (WSP) :
A group of programs designed to address mental health concerns in the workplace. Lifeworks' WSP offers the industry's earliest intervention into employee mental health issues that require a solution beyond short-term EAP support or as part of a disability case management treatment plan. This program provides professional assessment and counselling to support an individual's return for healthy productivity. These clinical interventions address issues requiring longer-term, more specialized or more intensive levels of care in order to prevent or manage workplace performance problems, absence and disability.
Summary:
Reporting to the Clinical Director, you will be providing counselling services for Lifeworks Workplace Support Programs (WSP).
Responsibilities:
Provide counselling to a diverse set of clients that may or may not be mandated, within the terms and conditions of Workplace Support Programs;
Provide excellent clinical services and embrace LifeWorks' culture of continuous learning;
Manage the administrative requirements as dictated by LifeWorks' clinical models

Skills & Qualifications:
To be considered, candidates must have the following:
Master’s Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or a related field;
Membership, in good standing, with a professional association or regulatory body;
Five (5) years post-masters clinical experience
Experience providing substance abuse and mental health assessments
Where permitted by law, LifeWorks employees must be fully immunized to access a LifeWorks office or customer premises.
