Are you a go-getter who’s passionate about selling?
Based in and around the Val-d’Or region, you will be responsible for managing & growing new & existing accounts, generating new business opportunities, executing marketing campaigns in partnership with the Quebec sales team and closing business within assigned accounts.
As a person, you are confident, enthusiastic, and able to think like an owner; your customers are second to none and you pride yourself on your ability to provide them with the right products and solutions …… ultimately contributing to making Canada a safer place to live and work.
This role offers the opportunity to work hybrid and involves a mix of inside and field sales.
Main Responsibilities
• Relationship building and strategising.
• Growing sales to meet annual revenue and profit targets by upselling and cross-selling to help our customers get their employees home safely at the end of the day.
• Creating a meaningful lead qualification experience through inbound and outbound activities.
• Communicating on the phone, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
• Partnering with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of the sales cycle and ensure that all quotes are received favourably.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to update and maintain information on leads, prospects, and opportunities, to manage customer account growth and ensure viable sales pipelines.
• Writing proposals, bids and partnering agreements to position Levitt-Safety as a full-service solutions provider and the best choice against competitors.
Job Requirements
• 1-3 years of account management experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
• Experience with fire protection, safety and/or related industrial or technical sales and service is a strong asset, as is experience in a product distribution environment
• Fully proficient in French and English.
• Experience selling to the Abitibi region is a strong asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills with professional phone etiquette
• Passion for sales and building relationships, and enjoy working in a target-driven environment
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team
• Travel to customer sites, as required (Drivers license and own vehicle a requirement)
