*Overview*
Manage all functions related to inventory within the RSC as well as the operational integrity of the EXE WMS. Actively contributes to a positive and productive working environment.
*Job Description*

* Manage HEAT system for store returns and claims
* Provide analysis and action plans to reduce inventory loss
* Run and review the EXE RSC adjustment listing daily
* Comply with all RSC audit expectations/ all programs and standards
* Pre-plan and identify future space requirements
* Act as liaison with the Procurement Department
* Investigate and address product issues
* Reconcile inventory BOH discrepancies between the host and warehouse systems
* Ensure warehouse financial reporting, relating to inventory shrink, is maintained accurately with/ through the Regional Finance Department.
* Manage the inventory cycle count and process
* Co-ordinate daily activities of inventory control staff
* Coach, counsel, and discipline as required
* Participate in ongoing training
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment as per company
*Job Requirements*

* A minimum of three years experience in inventory control
* Previous supervisory experience
* Working knowledge of EXE and SAP
* Strong analytical skills
* Physical work including frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
* Occasionally lift over 88 lbs
* Two person lift required for weights exceeding 50 lbs
* Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
* Possible exposure to extreme temperatures
* Alertness to other people and vehicles
* Various shifts including evenings and weekends
