Management Trainee
Founded in 1971, WITRON has become an international leader in automated storage logistics with more than 5,100 colleagues worldwide tending to the planning, realization, and maintenance of our highly automated systems. YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM: With WITRON’s comprehensive Management Trainee Program, you will learn and practice the critical skills needed to be placed in a front-line leadership position within one of our Site teams.
Your career at WITRON will start with a comprehensive 18-month, fully paid training program. Upon completion, you will be well-prepared for a challenging and exciting front-line management position within our operations team.
As a condition of employment, you must be able to relocate within WITRON Service Canada as your career progresses, or as business needs require.
Management Trainee
Your role in our team
Develop leadership and technical skills to lead employees in the management of WIOSS sites across Canada;
Available to participate, successfully complete, and pass the training program;
Attend training at various WITRON locations, that will require you to be away from home;
Build trust and credibility through relationships of your team.
Ideal candidate profile
Post-secondary degree or diploma;
Technical Trade education or certification considered an asset;
2 year previous supervisory/ management experience in a relevant environment;
Must have valid passport and supporting documentation (if required) to travel cross border without restrictions national and international;
Must have a valid driver’s license;
Bilingual (English & French) is an asset.
