Job Profile: Merchandise Planning, Sr. Analyst

Reports To: Merchandise Planning, Sr. Manager

Role Mandate:

The Merchandise Planning Sr. Analyst produces all merchandising layouts nationally and maintains a merchandising layout SharePoint site

Accountabilities:

Responsible for crafting merchandising layouts for all assigned projects
Works in conjunction with Store Development team to acquire existing store merchandising layouts and fixture information
Ensures that the merchandising layouts implement the guidelines specific to each different Division, Banner, and BU Strategy
Communicates fixture update requests to LRE Store Planning team
Constructing and updating floor plans on Blue Yonder cloud based platform
Collaborates with Division Business Unit’s to review merch layouts and acquire feedback based on merchandising strategies
Responsible for assigning accurate Planograms based on approved merchandising layout
Maintains project tracker for all projects
Maintains a SharePoint site with the most up to date merchandising layouts to provide business accessibility

Requirements:

Post secondary required
3 to 5 years retail experience
1 to 3 years merchandising experience.
Energetic individual able to work independently and within a team environment
Great teammate with strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced sometimes-unpredictable environment
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficient with computers with a proven working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, an asset
