Position Description:
The role of the Senior Mobilist is to support his/her Lead Mobilist with assigned daily duties and assume the role of manager on duty when the Lead Mobilist is not present. The Senior Mobilist is a role model among peers and will be held accountable for their personal and store results. This role will provide great training and prepare the Mobilist for future Lead Mobilist opportunities.
Mobilist Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of wireless sales or 2 years of relevant retail experience.
Full-time opportunity.

The ability to engage customers, determine their needs through non-business conversations, offer product knowledge through education and provide customized wireless solutions.
The ability to impact their district through positive sales and attitude.
Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities: In addition to his/her current duties as a Mobilist, the Senior Mobilist will also undertake the following the responsibilities in leading a dynamic team:
Must be a leader in sales and profitability. The Senior Mobilist is expected to perform and achieve the company’s highest sales tiers in their own personal sales and ensure store hit’s their targets.
Advocate for our customers and brand statements.
Become a master and ambassador of our sales process and its tools.
Comply with all company polices and guidelines.
Work with the Lead Mobilist to update, support and performance manage the in-store staff to their monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets.
Performing inventory counts and investigating and reporting on any discrepancies.
Order/receive inventory.
Create schedules and approving hours.
Provide coaching via our Axonify Observation Tool.
Assist the Lead Mobilist to provide formalized coaching sessions with the in-store staff.
Follow the daily guidelines to ensure store presentation is up to company standards.
Update planograms.
Communicating changes and targets with the team
Managing table events (set up/take down)
Special responsibilities as needed, including:
Participating on weekly conference calls
Providing support to other Mobilists (Sales Representatives) from other stores
Taking calls from other Mobilists to provide guidance and support
Competitive Compensation Program
Here at The Mobile Shop, we value our people’s performance and offer a 4 Tier- Compensation program for our Senior Mobilists which includes uncapped commission and bonus opportunities.
Medical and Dental coverage.
As part of the Senior Mobilist position, additional training will be provided to support growth and development in the role and prepare him/her for future Lead Mobilist position. Training details and eligibility as listed below:

Attend Roadshows and Sales Rallies
Work closely with the District’s Senior Leadership on their career development.
Receive quarterly performance reviews from Lead Mobilist and District Manager to assess where strengths and weaknesses lie in regard to progressing to a Lead Mobilist position
