The Opportunity

Our client is growing, and they are currently seeking an experienced Energy Lawyer to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
The Energy practice group provides comprehensive legal services in all areas of energy law, with an opportunity to be involved in the permitting, development and financing of interesting and challenging energy and infrastructure projects, including in the renewable energy, offshore wind, electricity transmission, natural gas and hydrogen sectors for national and international clients.
At client, the ideal candidate is exceptionally client focused and an effective communicator. They would have an entrepreneurial approach, with strong analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills, and must possess a strong drive to succeed. Experience in energy or infrastructure projects, commercial, financing, construction or procurement is preferred, and experience in energy regulatory would be considered an asset.
