Do you have?
A Bachelor’s degree.
Proven English and French reading, writing, and speaking skills.**
Relevant and recent experience working in a field related to the program area of your choice.
An enhanced knowledge of the principles and best practices of program management and monitoring, evaluation and research methodology and tools.
An in-depth understanding of project management and statistical software.
Are You?
A skilled communicator with great interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills.
A team player, confident in planning, coordinating monitoring and reporting.
Well organized, with great attention to details and problem-solving skills.
Capable of performing research-related tasks and using a variety of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
Flexible and adaptable to work constructively in a fast-paced team with multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Are you are interested in?
Administering and monitoring program budgets and pipelines.
Managing program initiatives and providing support for project development.
Liaising with key internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
Coordinating, monitoring and supporting projects, conferences and meetings.

Additional Information:
All PMO positions are for a term period dependent on the availability of funds from our externally funded research projects.
As a result of this process, the Centre will establish a pool of pre-qualified candidates for future term opportunities for similar positions.
* Hybrid Mode: you have the flexibility to work in a hybrid mode (minimum 3 days out of 10 in the office).
