Le poste de préparateur de commandes est idéal pour ceux qui aiment travailler de façon autonome et rester actifs, tout en étant soutenus par une équipe collaborative dans un environnement syndiqué au rythme rapide. Dans le cadre de ce poste, les candidats retenus devront préparer avec précision et en toute sécurité les commandes de produits d'épicerie pour des centaines de magasins Loblaw différents dans la région.

Ce que vous ferez :

Ramasser et assembler des palettes de produits d'épicerie et d'autres articles ménagers à l'aide d'un transpalette électrique, emballer les palettes assemblées et les préparer pour l'expédition.
S'assurer que les articles sont cueillis et identifiés avec précision et efficacité afin d'éviter les écarts.
Respecter toutes les règles de sécurité et d'équipement et maintenir un environnement de travail propre.
Être capable de suivre les instructions d'un système automatisé vocal pour préparer et organiser les commandes.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin :

Un diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent d'un GED est considéré comme un atout.
Une expérience de l'utilisation d'un transpalette électrique serait considérée comme un atout.
Une expérience en entrepôt ou en travail général est préférable
Capacité de soulever et de transporter jusqu'à 60 livres, de façon répétée et avec précision dans un environnement chronométré.
Être à l'aise de travailler dans un environnement à température contrôlée (+22 à -28 degrés dans certains endroits).
Possibilité de travailler par quarts de huit heures consécutives (jour, après-midi et nuit).

Votre rémunération et vos avantages :

Salaire initial de 22,34 $/h comprenant une échelle salariale progressive atteignant plus de 29 $/h.
Augmentation de salaire pour chaque 520 heures travaillées

The Warehouse Worker role is ideal for those who love to work independently and stay active, while being supported by a collaborative team in a fast-paced unionized environment. In this role, successful candidates will safely and accurately pick orders of groceries for hundreds of different Loblaw stores across the region.

What you will do:

Collect and assemble pallets of grocery products and other household items operating an electric pallet jack, wrapping the assembled pallets, and preparing them for shipment
Ensure items are accurately and efficiently picked and identified to avoid discrepancies
Adhere to all safety and equipment regulations and maintain a clean work environment
Able to take direction from a voice-automated system to pick and organize orders

What you will need:

Completed or completing a Secondary School Diploma or GED Equivalent is considered an asset
Experience operating an electric-powered pallet jack would be considered an asset
Warehouse or general labour experience is preferred
Able to lift and carry up to 60lbs, repeatedly with accuracy in a timed environment
Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment (+22 to -28 Degrees in some locations)
Flexible straight 8-hour shifts available (day, afternoon and night)

Your remuneration and benefits:

Initial salary of $22,34/hr. including a progressive salary scale reaching over $29/hr.
Salary increase for every 520 hours worked
Bonus based on productivity which can go up to $500 per week.
