  Thank you for registering for the Spring Hiring Fair / Foire d'emploi du printemps 2024!
  
  Spring Hiring Fair 2024 will be held on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, from 12 - 4:30 pm.
  
  Exhibitor Move-In: 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
  Exhibitor Move-Out: 4:30 p.m.
  Location: Butterdome, Van Vliet Centre, 8834 114 St NW #8824, Edmonton, Alberta
  
  All purchased booths will include a rectangular table, table covering, 2 chairs, electrical and drape, and one complimentary parking spot. If you require additional chairs or other materials, these must be ordered before the event. More information on how to order these and the digital parking code will be provided closer to the event.
  
  Students will have access to an employer listing site before the event, and for the following year. The site will be an opportunity for you to include your contact information and any links or recruitment documents in digital form for easy student access. You can fill out this Google form to complete your company listing and submit digital assets. 
  
  Please note, all exhibitors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for Commercial general liability: $2,000,000 for bodily injury and/or property damage per occurrence, listing "The Governors of The University of Alberta" as an additional insured, as well as Automobile liability insurance for $1,000,000. If you are not able to provide a COI before the event, your registration may be cancelled and you could be denied entry to participate in the event on campus. To submit a COI, please do so using this Google form.
  
  Cancellation 
  Written cancellations received by January 29, 2024, will incur a $150 administrative fee invoiced to your organization. Cancellations received after January 29, 2024 will be invoiced the full amount.
