The Resident Care Worker will use the skills and competencies within their scope of practice in the performance of job duties and tasks, as an integral member of the nursing care team and is
responsible for working to their full scope of practice.

What you’ll bring

  • Applicants must have successfully completed a recognized Resident Care Worker training program or equivalent.
  • Applicants must have demonstrated ability in communication and judgement skills and show patience, sensitivity and creativity.
  • Applicants must be able to work under supervision as well as independently and be self-motivated.
  • Good previous work and attendance record.
