YOUTH MINISTRY LEADER

Delta United Church, a welcoming, supportive and affirming church is seeking a Youth Ministry Leader.

Working 4 hours per week (2 on Sunday and 2 flexible) from Sept 1-Jun 30, the Leader is responsible to foster and nurture Christian Faith and discipleship in visible, fruitful ways in the children attending the Sunday School.  The Leader has a cooperative relationship with the Minister and the Worship & Christian Education Committee. 

The candidate will have a diploma/degree in Christian Education or related field OR equivalent education and experience to perform the duties of the Leader.  United Church background is preferred but not essential.  Proof of a Police and Vulnerable Sector check is required.
