Are you an organized multi-tasker with a passion for providing exceptional service? The Ontario Community Support Association (OCSA) is seeking a dedicated Training and Operations Assistant to play a pivotal role in delivering impactful training programs that support vulnerable individuals across Ontario.

ABOUT OCSA
OCSA is a charitable provincial association dedicated to supporting over 200 not-for-profit home and community care organizations. Our member organizations provide essential services that help seniors and people with disabilities live in their homes and communities for as long as possible.  At OCSA, we equip our members with the knowledge and skills they need to deliver life-changing care. As a small but mighty team, we work collaboratively to develop impactful training programs that empower frontline support workers and community health leaders.

THE ROLE
As the Training and Operations Assistant, you will oversee the full lifecycle of OCSA's training program administration - from registration to evaluation. With a keen eye for detail, you will facilitate logistics for both virtual and in-person events and serve as a friendly point of contact for our diverse partners.  Your exceptional organizational and technical abilities, combined with excellent problem-solving skills, will ensure a seamless experience for both trainers and participants.

This is a hybrid role, with one assigned day per week in our downtown Toronto office.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Along with the chance to build your skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment, you'll also have access to a competitive salary and benefits that includes:

  • RRSP matching program

  • Employer-paid health benefits

  • Fitness benefit

  • Flexible hours

  • Supportive small-team environment

If you have a passion for training delivery, exceptional organizational skills, and a track record of providing outstanding service, we want to hear from you!

At OCSA we are committed to representing the community at large. We strive to attract and retain a team that is diverse. We welcome a range of experiences and viewpoints that employees bring, including those based on culture, country of origin, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, disability, religion and age.
