The Halton Centre for Child Care is looking for a dynamic, experienced, Registered Early Childhood Educator, who is strongly committed to early learning, to join our team at our brand new facility.

The successful candidate will:

• have a deep understanding of early childhood development (birth through 4 years)

• have experience working with children 3 months to 4 years

• be well versed in CCEYA regulations

• have a solid understanding of How Does Learning Happen ?

• be able to develop strong parent and community partnerships to support children and families

• have excellent oral and written communication skills

• work well in a team

• be flexible, responsible, punctual

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education

• Registered member of the College of Early Childhood Educators(CECE) in good standing

• Standard First Aid and CPR-C Certification

• Valid Vulnerable Sector Screening ( completed within the last 2 months)

Experience will be taken into consideration.
