About TF: We partner with dynamic teams in Low and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs) to ensure children born with cleft lip and palate get the care they need. We believe in the full inclusion for these children in their communities, and that local partners are best-placed to offer care.

Role Overview: Reporting to the Program Manager, Global Initiatives, you will:

• Enhance TF’s Comprehensive Cleft Care (CCC) work in Africa
• Support TF’s global initiatives, including the Circle of Cleft Professionals (CoCP)
• Contribute to project management, program strategy, data analysis and communications

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Support the strategy, planning and logistics of global initiatives, including virtual meetings and conferences
• Contribute to new projects and relationships with partners in Sub-Saharan Africa
• Review and coach partners on financial and project reporting
• Assist with grant reporting

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has over 3 years of international development experience
• Skilled in project management, proposal writing, financial management
• Demonstrates superior oral and written skills (English required, French preferred)
• Effective relationship manager and cross-cultural communicator
• Appreciates a fast pace and varied projects
