About Artshine:
Artshine is a dynamic and innovative mobile art school dedicated to bringing the joy of creative expression to communities across Canada. We provide art education programs for all ages, traveling to schools, community centers, and one-time events to offer engaging and enriching art experiences. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Program Coordinator to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our programs. Our mission is to create communities where participation in the arts is not limited by income, ability, or life circumstance.

What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate and schedule staff assignments for various programs and locations across Canada.
  • Maintain comprehensive awareness of all ongoing and upcoming Artshine programs.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and partners to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Monitor program progress and address any logistical or staffing issues promptly.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of program activities, staff schedules, and client interactions.
  • Provide support and guidance to instructors and other staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with Artshine's policies and procedures.
What You'll Bring:
  • Passion for art education and community engagement.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, environments, and staff.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bilingual (French and English) strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or experience in a Program or Event Coordination role preferred.
