Office Manager - Hope Story
Hope Story is a Christian charity helping vulnerable children around the world access health, education, and discipleship. Working in partnership with local, in-country churches, our work spans the Americas, Africa, and the Middle East.

Office Manager
The Office Manager is a highly detail-oriented and tech-savvy team player. You thrive on creating order, and on getting all the details right so that each member of the team can do their best work. You will act as our first point of contact with donors, and the hub of our mission-driven office team.
Data and Systems Administration (50%)

Maintain filing, communication, and records management systems

Receive and input donations

Maintain data integrity of CRM database

Reconcile CRM and general ledger both monthly & annually
Donor Relations (25%)

Direct occasional phone and email inquiries

Call donors for new credit card numbers/expiration dates and updated bank information, and follow-up with donors on lapsed or late contributions

Disburse tax-deductible receipts
Office Collaboration/Integration (25%)

Coordinate office activities and operations

Maintain office policies and procedures

Maintain office supplies and equipment

Administrative support to Executive Director, senior staff

Other duties as required
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role

Strong organizational and time-management skills and ability to prioritize multiple and competing tasks efficiently

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Understanding of accounting principles and financial management

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, CRM software, Accounting software
