Do you want to be part of an organization that is working to create new affordable and supported housing? Are you interested in developing and strengthening communities experiencing poverty and homelessness through housing?? Are you someone who is looking to make a difference in the world? Then this may be the career opportunity you’ve been waiting for!

Our Housing Project Coordinator is an important contributor to our organization, supporting vulnerable individuals experiencing poverty and homelessness by being a critical team member involved in EHM’s building estate expansion projects.

Founded in 1913, Evangel Hall Mission (EHM) is a multi-service agency that provides support to people who are experiencing homelessness and poverty. EHM is home to over 160 individuals and families, living in our two subsidised apartment buildings.  Residence staff offer support with eviction prevention, information and referral and community development. We also offer hot meals, showers, laundry facilities and respite from the elements through our Drop In Centre. Tenants and Drop In participants can access spiritual care, volunteer and employment opportunities, and voluntary financial trusteeship from EHM staff. They can also access a range of supports from community partners onsite at EHM, such as Narcotics Anonymous, vaccine clinics, nursing care, legal clinics, programs offered by Toronto Public Health and many more.

We are looking for a Housing Project Coordinator to join our team who cares about the same things. As a team we value non-judgmental acceptance, honouring commitments, transparency, continuous learning, accountability, and collaboration.
