Female Support Worker - St. Clare Inn
St. Clare Inn is a transitional residence for up to 5 women who are unhomed and have mental health
issues. It provides a stable environment founded on respect, peace, safety, and dignity for each woman while
they use community resources to continue their healing journey. St. Clare Inn operates on the values of:

We are hiring for 2 positions
Part time Contract 3 months
Relief Day shift 11 am-7pm and evening shifts 9pm-7 am
- acting as a positive and supportive on-site presence
- participating in and promoting cooperative living
- teaching and modeling life skills
- preparing meals
- facilitating discussion during meals
- assisting with transportation and directions
- maintaining and completing administrative tasks (i.e.tracking, logging information, bridging, documentation,
- recording and reporting incidents)
- participating in ongoing training
- communicating with and reporting to the Executive Director
- ability to work days 11 am-7 pm ability to work Saturday
- ability to work one on one with residents
- Bachelors/College degree in a related discipline required
- experience or training in community support work
- ability to plan and prepare meals
- good organization skills
- excellent oral & written communications skills
- ability to manage a number of tasks simultaneously
- ability to deal with the unexpected
- must be reliable and responsible and hold to the values of St. Clare Inn
- competence working with Microsoft Word and the
- Internet
