Who You Are

What You Bring
- A degree in Social Work, Business, Public Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years in senior leadership roles, ideally within the nonprofit or social services sector
- Expertise in financial management, HR practices, risk oversight, and policy development
- Proven success working with boards and managing diverse teams
- A Class 5 driver’s license, a reliable vehicle with business insurance, and relevant safety certifications (or willingness to complete them)
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Board to set and execute ICS’s strategic vision
- Oversee operational planning, budgeting, compliance, and risk management
- Lead senior managers and ensure service quality across program areas
- Represent ICS with funders, government, and community partners
- Foster a culture of equity, inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotational basis as part of the on-call team.

Summary
Program: Senior Leadership
Location: Kamloops, BC
Status: Full-Time
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday. Generally, within the standard office hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexible hours to meet the program and operational needs.
Weekend on-call responsibility on a rotational basis as part of the after-hours emergency on-call team.
Reports to: Board of Directors
Compensation: $145,853–$162,757 annually with the full range up to $167,286 based on future progression
