Position Title: Data and Administration Clerk

Department: Settlement

Worksite Location: Owen Sound, ON

Position Type: Permanent; part-time Category: #2

Hours: 21 hours per week

Shifts: Days; Monday – Friday

Salary: $22.78-25.88 per hour. Wages commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities:
  • Commitment to excellent customer service while demonstrating YMCA Mission, Vision and Values when interacting with others.
  • Accurately input all data into iCARE with prescribed monthly deadlines.
  • Track/compare monthly data entry with funders reports.
  • Ensure client files are complete and maintained in an orderly manner.
  • Assist with supporting newcomers accessing Settlement services.
  • Collect, input and report statistical data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Create calendars, fillable forms and other program related documents.
  • Adherence to all provincial and federal legislation relevant to job description.
  • Other duties as assigned.
