Client Service and Operations Manager - Datassist, Inc

Jun 21, 2024
Downtown Toronto (Regent Park / Port of Toronto), Ontario

Heather Krause, industry-leading expert in data equity, offers training and consulting services through We All Count. We All Count trains hundreds of individuals and dozens of organizations each year on how to use their data science processes to make decisions without harming the people they care about. Our small organization is looking to fill our Client Service and Operations Manager role to assist Heather in acquiring and delivering training and consulting contracts efficiently, effectively, and excitingly.

You will be the front-facing contact for incoming potential clients, working with them to assess their needs and offer appropriate products and services. You will optimize the scheduling of these services to work best for our clients and for Heather's calendar. You will facilitate the contracting and invoicing for these jobs and research incoming clients, preparing Heather to succeed in her meetings and trainings.

The Operations Manager component of the job includes setting, tracking, and adjusting deliverables in coordination with Heather and the clients, as well as maintaining active coordination with event and contract organizers. As Client Services Manager, you will maintain relationships and avenues of communication with current and former clients and trainees. You will leverage this information and expertise to contribute to outreach, marketing, pricing and general strategy decisions.

This role also includes managing publicly available online training. You will be responsible for monitoring enrollment, processing payment, responding to support requests or inquiries, managing the online course spaces and materials, and communicating with current and former trainees to facilitate their course experience.

We All Count is a great place to work, where effort, commitment, and buy-in are valued and rewarded. Our small team and agile nature allow us to take on a wide range of jobs, and we frequently explore new territory as a company. Heather's style is energetic, sociable, and assertive. To complete the team, we're looking for an individual who wants to be the steady beat that keeps us on track: keeping information at Heather's fingertips, management systems up to date, client relationships smooth, and catching details before they even have a chance to become mistakes.
