We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Team Lead. The Administrative Team Lead leads a culture of exemplary customer support in a busy, efficient environment, and can easily switch from office routines to complex administrative responsibilities over the course of the day. The academic support roles are accountable to this position to ensure consistency of practice and to help develop skills and capacities to be able to provide strong administration support across the academic teams. This is a highly collaborative role, working across the Junior, Middle, and Senior Schools. Additionally, this role supports the Middle & Senior School Principal by coordinating events, calendar management, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate communications.

What You'll Do:

Administration Management:

  • Conduct weekly check-ins with academic administration team members to provide coaching and support.
  • Coordinate and oversee the academic administration team, assigning duties and ensuring cross-training.
  • Manage reception areas by providing backup coverage and coordinating coverage roster.
  • Contribute to staff growth and evaluation process, including professional development opportunities.

Operational Workflow:

  • Develop and maintain critical paths for administrative workflows across Junior, Middle, and Senior Schools.
  • Evaluate current processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide crisis management training and ongoing system training for the team.

Supporting Principal, Middle and Senior School:

  • Completes Visa reconciliation for the Middle and Senior School Principal
  • Manages and books the Middle and Senior School Principal’s meetings and events 
  • Works with the appropriate Middle and Senior School Leadership to ensure the accurate and timely production of internal and external communications

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in administrative management and leadership roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities effectively.
