Administrative Coordinator

Compensation: Commensurate with experience

Job Type: Full Time

The Academic Office at Ulpanat Orot of Bnei Akiva Schools is seeking an Administrative Coordinator.

Responsibilities
  • Data entry into the school’s student information system including but not limited to course enrollment and student registration
  • Support OUAC maintenance
  • Support ONSIS data uploads
  • Maintain OSR’s including completion of PLAR, substitution of compulsory credits and waived prerequisites
  • Aid in issuing graduation documents such as transcripts and OSSD’s
  • Maintaining teacher absence records and substitutions
  • Assist in school timetable coordination
  • General administrative/ office duties 
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Previous experience within an Ontario high school setting
  • Strong data entry skills, proficient in Google Drive
  • Experience with SIS, preferably Edsembli
  • Experience with OUAC and ONSIS uploads is favoured
  • Knowledge of timetable software
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Capacity to handle a variety of tasks
  • Ability to exercise discretion when handling confidential information
  • Ability to work within a team setting
