Description 

We are currently accepting applications for our 2015 CPP Investment Board Women’s Leadership Exchange. This exclusive one and a half day conference will be hosted in downtown Toronto and begins with an evening networking event August 5th followed by a full day conference on August 6th. The Leadership exchange is designed for women in an undergraduate program who are passionate about personal development and growing a successful career in finance and investments. Our conference experience will provide you with the opportunity to:

  • Connect with our CEO, senior leaders, talent acquisition and other students through interactive and collaborative activities and a pre-event networking event.

Position Requirements 

What does it take to join the conference?

Female candidates in an undergraduate program interested in our InvestmentsFinance and Operations groups, who are returning to school in the Fall of 2015 are eligible to apply.  We look for candidates that have displayed academic success while balancing extracurricular activities, a strong skill-set in financial modeling, valuation analytics and/or quantitative skills as well as good communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.  In addition, the strongest candidates often combine energy, enthusiasm, and intellectual curiosity, with demonstrated interest in investing.
