Since June 2010, fifth-year University of Toronto employment relations student Briar Rodgers has worked as a Management Trainee Intern at a downtown Toronto Enterprise location. Between attending classes and pulling shifts at her branch, she took some time to tell us about her experience as an intern at Enterprise.

Before Greig Perantinos was 20, he opened his first Cool Moose Creamery store in Tottenham, Ont. Since then he has expanded his business to neighbouring Alliston and will be opening a new store this year in Cookstown.
