Sarah Madden is the Sr. Marketing Manager of Odgers Berndtson spearheading the CEOx1Day program. Sarah works together with companies, applicants and program partners to market and plan CEOx1Day to provide the best experience for students.
Olivia Poulin is a recent graduate from Brock University’s Goodman School of Business with a BBA focused in Marketing. During her studies, she participated in many extracurricular conferences, competitions, and various programs. Most notably, she participated in the CEOx1Day program where she shadowed Paul Parisi, the CEO of Paypal Canada in 2018.

CEOx1Day is an exceptional program matching promising 3rd and 4th-year students in Canadian universities in degree-granting programs with CEO’s for a day full of mentorship and leadership development. Students gain valuable tools and professional skills from top organizations in both the non-profit and business sectors in key markets such as Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, and Ottawa!
Through the application process, applicants go through a rigorous interview and selection process. The skills that they gain as a result prepare them to maneuver their future job searches with ease. All semi-finalists have the chance to be considered for an internship with McKinsey & Company. Winning finalists get to shadow top CEO’s and learn how they hatched and grew their careers.
