#TEtalks Live with Rogers Communications

#ICYMI we were live on Facebook and Instagram at the Rogers Communications Office in downtown Toronto on September 24th, 2019.

We spoke with with Rogers Communications New Grad Leadership Development Program Alumni, Kristen Dybka and Nav Marwah, about how new graduates like YOU can get involved with this program and build valuable skills for a future career with Rogers Communications.

A Little Background About Our Guests

Kristen graduated from Queen’s University and is a former Consumer New Grad. Kristen is now a Senior Product Analyst with Rogers Communications.

Nav graduated from Ryerson University and is also a former Consumer New Grad. Nav currently works as a Customer Retention Analyst.

What is the New Grad Leadership Development Program?

It’s a Leadership Development Program where new grads can launch a meaningful career at Rogers and secure a permanent position with the organization. You’ll gain direct experience in the area of the Rogers business that you’ve chosen to explore, and leverage your educational background and skills to help move the business forward.

Throughout the entire program, you’ll have exposure to leadership and development training that will foster your potential. You’ll be paired with an all-star support structure who will work with you to ensure your professional goals and objectives are realized. And like Kristen and Nav mention in the Q&A, there are plenty of opportunities to network, connect with peers, colleagues and senior leaders.
