On March 19, Morneau Shepell and The Globe and Mail announced the category winners of the third annual Employee Recommended Workplace Award at The Globe and Mail’s Solving Workplace Challenges conference in Toronto. TalentEgg attended the Solving Workplace Challenges event with our family of companies, Charity Village and Bmeaningful as proud Community Recruitment Partners of the Employee Recommended Workplace Award. We want to give our congratulations to all of the winners!
The Employee Recommended Workplace Award recognizes leaders in achieving a healthy and engaged workforce in the privately owned, public, not-for-profit, and government sectors in small, mid-sized and large businesses.
The Employee Recommended Workplace Award is unique as it’s the first award where the results are based entirely on employee feedback! It assesses an organization’s health, engagement, and productivity based on the survey results. With this information, both employees and the employer receive feedback on how to improve the health of their workforce.
Congrats to all the 2019 Winners for this achievement and being an egg-cellent employer of choice!
